Bachelor's Degree Course (branch of Terni)

(class L-9)

Department of Engineering
University of Perugia

About

The general educational objectives of the Degree Course are the following:

The course includes the possibility of curricular training activities chosen independently by the student, with CFUs that can be acquired both through elective courses consistent with the training project and with curricular internship activities (company or internal). The offer of curricular internships in companies is periodically updated, through the continuous interaction of the Degree Course with the industrial entities of the Region (Steering Committee). The educational path is integrated by offering students both the possibility of participating in lessons and technical visits in companies and of participating in in-depth technical seminars/conferences organized in synergy with the world of businesses and professions.

Access to the Course

The qualification required for admission, as provided for by Art. 6 paragraph 1 of Ministerial Decree 270/2004, is a high school diploma or other qualification obtained abroad, recognized as suitable.

To be admitted to the Bachelor’s course, it is necessary to possess or acquire adequate personal preparation with specific reference to verbal comprehension, aptitude for a methodological approach, knowledge of the topics of mathematics, physics and chemistry common to the programs of secondary schools. To facilitate the acquisition of the requirements, the teaching structure promotes dedicated preparatory training activities, which will normally be held in September. In order to facilitate organization and attendance, the teaching structure may prepare rules for pre-registration.

Verification of possession or acquisition of adequate initial preparation occurs through assessment tests to be carried out according to the methods and times established by the Engineering Department Council, which is responsible for coordinating the specific teaching and verification activities. For the A.A. 2025-26 the verification takes place through the TOLC-I managed by CISIA. Detailed information can be found on the website of the Department of Engineering.
